These terms apply to registration on the jbaji platform, account management, financial transactions, claiming bonuses, and all gaming activities. Please read the entire document carefully before creating an account.

General Terms
This document forms a legal agreement between the jbaji platform and its users. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted every clause of these terms. If any term is not acceptable to you, please stop using the platform.
jbaji is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. It offers casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming options. Specific terms applicable to each service remain in effect alongside these general terms.
1.1 Validity of Terms
These terms are written in Bengali and are to be interpreted under Bangladeshi law. In case of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. If any part of these terms is found legally void, the remaining parts remain fully in effect.

jbaji provides the following services:

Account Registration and Management
Creating a personal account is required to use jbaji's services. Each user may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being permanently closed.
2.1 Registration Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be fully accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being immediately closed and any winnings being forfeited. The following information is required at registration:
- Full name — as shown on your national ID card or passport
- Date of birth — for age verification
- Mobile number — a Bangladeshi number
- Email address — valid and active
- Password — at least eight characters, including numbers and special characters
2.2 Account Security
Keep your account login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is not permitted. It is important to change your password regularly and keep two-factor authentication active. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
2.3 KYC Verification
jbaji may request documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or proof of ownership of a payment method. Failure to submit documents within the specified time may result in withdrawals being held or the account being restricted.
Eligibility and Age Verification
Users must be 21 years of age or older to participate on the jbaji platform. Anyone under 21 may not create an account, make a deposit, or take part in any game on this platform.
Important: Protecting minors from gaming activities is a priority for jbaji. If an account is created by misrepresenting age, all deposited funds and winnings will not be returned. 21+ only
3.1 Geographic Eligibility
jbaji is primarily operated for Bangladeshi users. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with the laws of their country. Using the service from any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited is not allowed.
3.2 Prohibited Users
Any person to whom one of the following conditions applies may not use this platform:
- Under 21 years of age
- Previously had an account closed
- Voluntarily self-excluded
- A jbaji employee or a close family member of one
- Anyone attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs for gain
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jbaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Specific limits and rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits can currently be made on jbaji through the following payment methods:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer — major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. After a deposit is successfully verified, standard processing time may be required before it appears in the account.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
The same payment methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. If verification is not complete, the withdrawal may be held.
4.3 Payment Method Ownership
Users must use payment methods registered in their own name. Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the transaction may be cancelled and the account suspended.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
jbaji monitors for suspicious financial activity. If a suspicious transaction is identified, all financial activity on the account may be suspended pending investigation. Relevant information may be provided to the appropriate authorities if required.
Bonuses and Promotions
jbaji offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which apply alongside these general terms.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
First-time depositors may receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 15 times.
Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- A bonus may be claimed only once and applies to one account
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first
- The time limit for using a bonus will be stated in the offer details
- Bonuses may be restricted to certain games
- Attempting to claim a bonus from multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed
A bonus is not free money — it is a conditional offer. Whenever a maximum amount is mentioned, the percentage rate will always be stated alongside it (for example: "150% bonus, up to ৳15,000").
5.3 VIP Programme
jbaji's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback applies at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% at Gold, based on net losses. Advancement to a higher tier depends on participation and the programme's terms.
Gaming Rules
It is the user's responsibility to learn the rules of each game before participating in any game on jbaji. The rules of the game provider also apply.
6.1 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to network problems, server errors, or any other technical reason, jbaji will take action as the situation requires. For incomplete games, the game provider's policy will be followed. No compensation may be claimed for such interruptions.
6.2 Fraud and Unfair Advantage
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
- Exploiting any bug or error in a game
- Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
- Coordinated betting or collusion
- Any attempt to gain an advantage through unfair means
If any such activity is detected, the relevant account may be immediately closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
6.3 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market and are displayed in the game interface. jbaji reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
Responsible Gaming
jbaji believes gaming should be an entertainment activity. We provide various features and tools to help users maintain healthy gaming habits.
7.1 Setting Limits
Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account. Once a limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Any user may request that their account be closed for a set period or permanently. This can be arranged through the support team. Attempting to create a new account during a self-exclusion period is not permitted.

9.1 Permitted Use
Viewing and using platform content for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted. However, the following activities are not allowed:
- Using any part of the platform for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the software
- Automated data collection (web scraping)
- Attempting to interfere with platform security
Account Suspension & Closure
jbaji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. In most cases, the user will be notified in advance.
10.1 Reasons for Account Closure
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
- Providing false or incomplete information
- Fraud or illegal activity
- Operating multiple accounts
- Creating an account while being underage
- Account inactive for an extended period
10.2 Account Closure at User's Request
If a user wishes to close their account, they may contact the support team. All withdrawals must be completed and all bonus conditions must be met before the account is closed.
10.3 Refunds
If an account is closed due to jbaji, a fair portion of the actual deposit may be refunded; however, bonus-related funds or winnings obtained through a breach of terms will not be returned.
Limitation of Liability
jbaji makes every effort to keep its platform running without interruption. However, jbaji is not liable in the following situations:
- Loss caused by internet connection disruption
- Faults in third-party software or hardware
- Temporary service downtime due to essential maintenance
- Issues with the user's own device or connection
- Unforeseen external events (such as natural disasters or cyberattacks)
11.1 Limit of Compensation
In any situation, jbaji's maximum liability will be proportional to the total deposits made by the relevant user in the last 30 days. No claims for indirect or incidental damages will be entertained.
Changes to Terms & Contact
jbaji reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
